I hope this trip exceeds all your expectations. Before you depart, please let me know of any last minute questions you may have.
While you are traveling, please remember that, I am just a phone call or email away. Don't forget that guest services can also be very helpful if any instances should occur.

Alert your Bank
Don’t forget to contact your bank to let them know you’re traveling. Some banks allow you to do it through their app. This will ensure you you can use your credit/debit card without interruption. Sometimes they’ll put a pause on it after they see your first purchase abroad as they suspect it could be fraudulent.
Cell Phone
Check your cell phone plan to ensure you have international coverage. If you don't have international coverage, then leave your phone in airplane mode when you arrive and use Wi-Fi instead where available.
I recommend Google Fi. It's $10 per gigabyte at home and over 170 different countries. Use the link below to sign up and you'll get a $20 credit.

Register with STEP
I also recommend registering with STEP here.
Benefits of enrolling in STEP include receiving important information from the Embassy about safety conditions in your destination country, help the U.S. Embassy contact you in an emergency, and help family and friends get in touch with you in an emergency.
Arrive 2 hours before departure
I recommend arriving at the airport at least two hours before the scheduled departure time. Allow extra time if you plan on checking baggage or printing your tickets at the airline desk. Click here for FAA Hazmat information.

Credit Card
Make sure you have a credit card that doesn't impose international transaction fees. These fee's can add up while using your card abroad. U.S. News & World Report has a handy chart that breaks down who charges what, so apply for a fee-free card before you go.
Thank you again for placing the confidence in me to arrange your getaway. I am looking forward to hearing about your travel memories when you return!
Bon Voyage!

- Make sure you carry your VALID passports (many countries require six months of validity from the date of the passengers return) with you at all times.
- DO NOT PACK YOUR PASSPORT IN YOUR CHECKED LUGGAGE.
- Beginning October 1, 2021, travelers will need a REAL ID-compliant license or another acceptable form of ID, such as a valid passport or U.S. military ID, to fly within the U.S. Click here for more information.
